Intelligent Systems Research prides itself in bringing the highest quality engineering capabilities and technologies to the Defense development community.  Along with these capabilities, the core of our team includes among the best in engineering and program management leadership capabilities. Through the SeaPort Enhanced contract, Intelligent Systems Research provides professional engineering, along with technical, logistical, programmatic, and administrative support services to the Navy.

Team Members Experience:
Over the past seven years, we provided extensive engineering support to the PEO Missiles & Space.  During that effort, we not only managed our company’s efforts, but also supervised the engineering efforts of a team from several companies and project offices to derive the architecture and capabilities definition sufficient for OSD to move the program forward.  Our leadership has led/managed development efforts of teams of working many different areas simultaneously. 
Quality Assurance:

Ability to monitor and maximize quality.  We aggressively monitor all our engineering activities to ensure the best technical approach and best engineering practices are present and utilized in all our work.  Regular technical and status reviews are conducted weekly with our President & Chief Engineer (as well as other key leadership) to help ensure this. 

Approach to guarantee responsiveness to and cooperation with customers.  As we monitor our engineering activities, we also provide direct access and contact with our customer’s principal point of contact, to guarantee we are responsive and ensure all our activities are executed with great care to satisfy our customers’ needs.  This includes regular status meetings with our customers to ensure their satisfaction.  In this, our key personnel stay in regular contact with customer key personnel.

Approach to problem resolution.  Our customers are provided with the best support possible by our personnel.  Should there be a problem with specific work or with personnel, our key personnel responsible for that task order will know immediately as their principal job is to ensure all work is being done to satisfy the customer’s needs.  Our key personnel (Director or above) will immediately ensure we rectify the problem and coordinate with customer key personnel both before and after to ensure the problem is resolved the customer’s satisfaction.
